Concept

NomadRoom is a sharing platform for camper vehicles adapted to surf trips. With this surfer-2-surfer service, surfers from around the world can find the perfect hotel to search for the best waves in the region they’re planning to travel to.

The main idea behind this project is to offer surfers the means necessary to achieve their main common goal while on a surftrip: Find the best waves to surf their brains out.

The best way to do it is to go to sleep and wake up right there in the best spot, and to have the ability to move around in the region according to forecast changes.

Search

The search for a camper vehicle is available in two different ways:

Search location - The user chooses the search radius by typing the city name, province, region, country or the precise spot name. Autofill is available to speed up the process.

Search nearby - The user can navigate through a world map and select a specific radius to see the available options in the region.

The results can also be shown in two different ways, list display and map display.

Vehicle details

All the information a user needs to book a camper vehicle is displayed here. The user can contact the owner directly through the chat to solve specific doubts regarding the vehicle or the booking conditions.

The 'Booking request' button is always visible in the bottom of the screen and leads to the booking process, with all the compiled information and conditions as well as the payment details.

Trips

In this section the user can access all the information regarding past, present and future bookings. When a trip is completed, the invoice with all payment details is available and the user can write a review about his experience.
