Proposed and co-led the UX team's tool-stack (Sketch+Invision+Plant) transition to Figma. Redesigned and documented the SOLAR Design System on Figma, created and prioritised actionable tickets for implementation. Backed up and organised all former design files to maintain reference to past initiatives. Streamlined the entire UX workflow, improved collaboration and visibility between internal stakeholders, UX team and engineers and reduced the annual software licence cost for the company in 48%.

Drove the UI design for TAO Studio (Assessment creation interface, focused on k12 education model). Collaborated with multiple teams (UXs, BAs, PMs, POs and Marketing) to ideate and conceptualise the product’s vision, user journeys, personas and user flows. Created high fidelity mockups and prototypes, based on business requirements and user flows, to support UX team in conducting several user interviews with k12 teachers and school administrators. Generated multiple design iterations based on factual data to define the MVP scope for implementation.

Designed, from concept to implementation, a hierarchy management feature that allows Administrators to organize and manage educational entities (countries, districts, and schools) efficiently and make sure that each entity can only retrieve and access relevant assessment data (e.g. students, teachers and administrator profiles, assessment campaigns, tests, reports...).

Designed, from concept to implementation, a metadata management feature in TAO platform using GREP database (Norway’s national database for all established curricula by the ministry of education), allowing test creators to classify, organise search and filter, in multiple interconnected layers of curricula, assessment items and tests based on education standards requirements.
