As a Product Designer at Open Assessment Technologies (TAO), I design and optimize end-to-end product experiences that support high-stakes assessment cycles across diverse contexts worldwide. Focused on understanding the real needs of people who rely on TAO every day, my goal is to ensure the software enables them to create assessment content, manage programs, deliver exams, grade effectively and interpret assessment reports reliably, making their day-to-day work smoother.
